Provider Relationship Acknowledgment
I understand that AMO Home Services operates an online marketplace connecting customers with third-party service providers.
Intended independent-business marketplace relationship
Subject to applicable law and the actual terms of our relationship:
- I establish my own service rates and availability.
- I may accept or decline booking requests.
- I determine how to perform the services I agree to provide, consistent with the customer agreement and applicable safety requirements.
- I may provide services to customers outside AMO and use other marketplaces.
- I am responsible for maintaining licenses, registrations, insurance, and other requirements applicable to my business.
- I understand AMO charges the disclosed marketplace fee for transactions arranged through its platform.
- I acknowledge that I have reviewed the Provider Agreement.
Important: This acknowledgment describes the intended marketplace relationship. It does not determine employment classification or override applicable law. No nonwaivable rights are waived.
